His career in Real Estate started on July 16, 2000. After working at Coldwell Banker Sunnyvale
for a year, he discovered mortgage loans to be more interesting and challenging. For him, being
licensed is not enough. He wanted to know how the process works from beginning to end. He
wanted to know the ins and outs of the loan industry. In order to achieve this, he got a job as
loan funder at Washington Mutual for 6 months, an underwriter for Countrywide Home Loans
for 4 months, and a loan processor for Wonderagents for year. These experiences, combined
with his knowledge about escrow and title from Old Republic Title when he worked there
before getting his Real Estate license gave him the knowledge and confidence to offer and
provide the best service to his clients.
He believes that in order to survive in the service industry, you have to be honest,
knowledgeable and responsible. Be accountable and humble enough to accept, and find a
solution when mistakes happen. Trust is the key to success, and building a long lasting
relationship.
